Dave Preciado has provided us with excellent service at least twice, both times for different needs. He is respectful of the house, always careful and neat. He explains what he has discovered and what our options are. His work is thorough; we trust his judgement. He is a big reason that we call Cabrillo when we have plumbing needs.

Tony from Cabrillo got our old heater to work! We've been giving it a bang on the side to get it going for ages. Tony went straight to the problem and had it fixed in short order. Cabrillo and their employee, Brian, did a great job on my malfunctioning toilet. Toilet started constant running Thursday night; called for repair Friday morning; resolution of problem before mid-afternoon today. Cost to repair would have been half the cost of replacement, so I chose to replace (I was planning on doing so anyway). Brian gave me great advice relative to the color to order, and the installation was completed in a timely manner with great cleanup (bathroom was as clean when he left as when he arrived. Cabrillo is sometimes pricier than other plumbers, but they are very responsive and the quality of work has always been A+.

Plumbing/HVAC technician performed Annual maintenance on furnace, and AC unit. Also performed plumbing inspection. Repaired a Kohler toilet and installed a pop up assembly for a bathroom sink.

Plumber installed new 1 1/2" chrome P trap under kitchen sink. Also cleared blockage in kitchen sink drain line.

Plumber repaired defective ADA Toto commercial toilet
Leak underneath house. From inside of crawl space plumber removed existing 2" galvanized drain line which had rotted away along bottom. Cut into 4" main sewer line and install new 4" x 2" cast iron fitting and ran new 2" ABS drain line into sewer line. Tank rebuild on Karat toilet replaced fill valve flapper and supply line straightened toilet and secured to floor.
